1 Corinthians 13:7
Love never gives up,never loses faith,is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.
True love has very little to do with candles, flowers and warm fuzzy feelings.
True love is TOUGH. It hangs on....It lasts!
May True Love find you always!
Pray on!

Love to all of the Army Goodell!
What a beautiful reminder of what valentines should be about...LOVE!
Hope everyone had a great valentine's day.
I have an update on baby Joshua that I copy and pasted from the caringbridge website. They desperately need prayers.

We just finished our appointment at the oncologist's office. We told her about Joshua's pain issues lately and showed her a video that I took this morning of his behavior. She said that all of it is right in line with what she'd expect to see given his most recent scan. They saw multiple new lesions scattered throughout his brain stem and some in the upper portion of his spine which suggests that it has begun to spread. Dr. Wehby, his neurosurgeon, won't operate on him and the radiation oncologist does not feel it is wise to radiate his head any more- and that would include gamma knife radiosurgery. They might consider radiation to his spine but only for symptom relief. They began talking to us about hospice care. Since we're not ready to throw in the towel, we asked to have them send his scans and path reports to Dr. Boop at St. Jude's. We will hear back in a couple of days. This was an incredibly difficult situation to face today and I really don't know where to turn or what else to do. His oncologist says the way this cancer is going it is incurable. But how can that be? I was given the most precious angel on earth. I can't in my right mind believe his job on earth would be done in just a little while. There's got to be more. This just can't be happening"
O Lord - thank you for touching Joshua and family...
Please pray for the Greenly and Howell family as God has called another Angel home today. Susanne lost her battle with ovarian cancer today but won the prize to sit in the kingdom for eternity. Please lift up the family and friends in prayer as we all go through these next days. Thank you all for your prayers.
