Hola!

Hi guys!
Just wanted to let you know that we got into Houston last night. We had an absolutely wonderful time in Mexico. My brother and sister-in-law are the most amazing hosts and I am eternally grateful to them for the most luxurious vacation I have ever had. They treated me like a princess and I just may turn into a spoiled brat if they are not careful. I read, exercised, collected shells with my children, ate, went to church, and relaxed. Brady's birthday was "superb" (his word choice). Now, tomorrow I have some uncomfortable tests ahead and I will use my visualization techniques to place me back on the beach eating fresh ceviche and drinking a virgin pina colada. Thank you for all of your prayers. This is a trip that I never thought I would be strong enough to take and I owe it all to you and God.
Love, Robynn

How and do-
I bet that Mexico will never be the same since you took some of it's magic and made your memories.
My Sarah(nugget meat girl) flies out in 6 hrs. for a month in the spanish emersion in Guadalajra and I cried to let her go=but at 21 what an experience.
Dream of the sand under your feet as you go thru the tests.
God Bless and keep you.
Praying in love and hope.
I love you,
Miss Denise

I know that the testing part of this must be so difficult for you all. The unknown always is. As I was thinking about you Robynn and sending wonderful healthy, happy thoughts your way, I remembered something I wrote on an earlier post and include it for you again today, but also for all of us...we really are so much stronger than we think, until something comes along to show us otherwise:

A mighty wind blew night and day. It stole the oak tree's leaves away. Then snapped its boughs and pulled its bark until the oak was tired and stark. But still the oak tree HELD ITS GROUND, while other trees fell all around.......
The weary wind gave up and spoke "How can you still be standing, Oak?" The oak tree said, "I know that you can break each branch of mine in two, carry every leaf away, shake my limbs, and make me sway. But I have roots stretched in the earth, growing stronger since my birth. You'll never touch them, for you see, they are the deepest part of me. Until today, I wasn't sure of just how much I could endure. But now I've found, with thanks to you, I'm stronger than I ever knew."

Can't wait to hear good news...

Oh my gosh, you painted the picture so well I can just taste the pina colada (is that rum? She said VIRGIN....okay, there I go) and the ceviche and the sandy beaches...sounds wonderful. I hope it took over your mind during the testing and we will get the same wonderful results we got last time. Be gone tumors!!!!

Miss you, Robynn
