LORD HEAR OUR PRAYERS...

Dear Army Goodell,

You are called to duty and asked to find more recruits for prayer. "Our Girl" is REALLY having a rough time:( It seems her body has almost reached its limit with chemotherapy. I spoke with her today and could hear in her voice the toll it is taking. She still laughed, she still joked and she was still ALL concerned about Tanner, but I could just tell. I got off the phone and cried.
I just don't understand why she has to endure this kind of misery. Please ask Our Dear Lord to have mercy on her and give her peace, comfort and contentment.

"Rejoicing in hope;
patient in tribulation;
continuing instant in prayer"
(Romans 12:12)

Pray On!

Oh dear Robynn,
You are in our every prayer. We just wish that we could do something...anything, to help you feel better. You are and have been such an amazing trooper. You are forever in our hearts, Robynn. We pray for God to help you feel better tomorrow. We can't even begin to imagine how hard this has been for you...we wish we could just reach out and give you a big hug and take away some of your pain. We will check back in the morning. Love you Robynn.

Hi, Shelley:
Can Robynn take a "chemo break," so she can give her body a rest from the Taxotere?
Robynn: Hang in there! We are sending healthy thoughts your way.
Love,
Barley and Corey

Although we were away and out of our routine due to a mini-vacation; Robynn and your family never were out of thoughts or prayers. We remain vigilant and constant in lifting Sweet Robynn up for restoration and relief from her endurance with pain & chemo effects. We've even recruited more people for love & prayer sent your way and hope that the results will reveal themselves ASAP!!! Take good care and feel the power of prayer working.

Love & friendship~

Robynn, Brian, Shelly and Goodell Family,

I know of you in typical Bakersfield fashion (I worked with Monica, Julian is my mortgage broker, we have other friends in common). My family has been following your postings since the beginning, and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the momentous impact you have had on us. Although we have not met in person, I count myself among your prayer warriors. In fact, prior to knowing you, I prayed in rather a routine way. I have never PRAYED the way we have been called on during this battle. Now I fall to me knees, reach as deep as I can, and implore Gods wondrous mercy and grace on your family. Resultant, I have never felt closer to God.

The impact on my children has also been substantial. Last Thursday, my kindergartner was discussing 9/11 in her class when the teacher referenced that many policeman and fireman died on that day. When she returned home, she told me how this saddened her and how she prayed for them all day. What a testament when a five year old spontaneously looks to God for comfort of those she does not know. I credit this to you, your family and your Army, for demonstrating to others the power of prayer, faith and constancy.

Thank you will never be sufficient.

You can count on my steadfast prayers until you are safely into remission.

Very Truly,
Toni Dougherty
