"I Am the Light of the World...

If you follow me, you won't be stumbling through the darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life." John 8:12
Our family is in great need of this reminder.
He is our salvation!

Just wanted to let you know Robynn and family are here in Bakersfield. She had chemo Thursday and found that her blood count was down and might require a transfusion. She looks fantastic and feels pretty good. We are thrilled to have them here this week and are anxious about their upcoming trip back to Texas. Keep our Sweet Robynn lifted in prayer!!!

Please ask the Lord to give us patience, understanding and calm in anticipation of the findings from detectives, that we hope to get in the next day or two. The waiting/not knowing definitely takes a toll.

Love you all!
Pray On!

Robynn is here in Bako??? Oh, how we would love to see her and give her a big hug!! When is her next trip to Houston??? She is always in our prayers...as are all of you in the whole family! Our hearts hurt for you when it seems like your family keeps getting beaten down, and yet you give us all strength because you don't let ANYTHING keep you down....you rise to every occassion! You are strong and you stick together! You teach and inspire us all. We pray for strength for all of you during this terribly tragic time. And we pray for Robynn and Brian that they find renewed strength and inspiration at their next trip to Houston.

Dear Lord, please give some sense of peace and comfort to the entire family in the umcoming weeks. Please help them to find the strength they need in one another through you, Lord.
Lots of love and prayer,
The Starr Family

At a time when there are no words, I pray that the presence and embraces of loved ones will strengthen and comfort you all. Will not this amazing family continue to bring glory to God even through this? Again I ask that the fruit of these two precious lives will be a bountiful harvest of all they have faithfully and lovingly sown--more lives than can be counted that will be part of this family's great legacy in eternity!
