Prayer Request for Michael

I would ask that all "Army Goodell" soldiers Report For Duty and go to "comments" under the posting "Bump in the Road" and
please read what Valerie wrote.
"Tragedies like ours and yours aren't something anyone practices for - there's no chapter in a book that will prepare us for something like this" This really got to me! I remember a conversation I had with Robynn about what to say to Brady and Hailey and I said to her, "it's not like we can say, well we said this last time and it served us well or that didn't work, let's try something new". What we were faced with was something so foreign and complicated. Our only preparation had to come from Above. We had to be faithful... trusting that the Lord had been preparing us for this without us ever knowing. I am commanded to believe that, and though I struggle some days, I know it is true!

Lord, keep us "Standing Strong" and faithful to YOUR will.
Hold Michael and his family up to Our Lord in prayer!

Pray On!

Hello Guys ~

Well, we wanted to take a moment to wish you traveling mercies as you head back to MD Anderson. Can not tell you how excited we are about what’s in store for you this week. We are asking boldly that the Lord truly show you favor with the doctors, etc and that there IS good news ahead! And can we just say, Great job on the added music to the play list! We still check the blog daily (a few times a day, actually) and the added music just reminds us more of beautiful you! One of my personal favs of course is “Keep Holdin’ On”. You have been doing just that and quite well too. Keep it up! Remember, Victory through Perseverance!: o)

Okay, I couldn’t say good night without a small scripture, so here goes:

And the Lord said, “I will cause all my goodness to pass in front of you, and I will proclaim my name, the Lord, in your presence. I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.” Exodus 33:19

Well, this was part of what we were asking of Him this week for all of you. He will walk in front of you and make your paths straight, and you will have victory and recovery; because, remember, HE Cares for You! We are seeking his compassion to be poured out upon all those you come in contact with. With that also, His mercy and grace will be poured out upon you and the answers you are looking for will be found!!

We are looking forward to Shelley’s updates! Bring it on! Stand Strong! FORTITUDINE VINCIMUS!!! Have I told you lately how much you inspire me??
Love you friends. :o)

Your family's faith continues to inspire my own every single day. You have been chosen to teach lessons I am not even sure any of us can fully understand the impact of. You are changing lives, some silently watching, every single day. Thank you so much family Goodell.

Robynn and Team,

Wishing you a great, peaceful and prosperus trip to MD Anderson. Continue to Stand Strong in your faith! The Lord is listening and he working, I believe it. I continue to hold you, Brian, Brady, and Hailey up in prayer everyday and boldly, specifically ask for your peace, healing and strength. Remember, we are all holding on to you, so STAND STRONG! No one is tougher than you!

I can't seem to find the 'right' vocabulary to express what seems to be living in grace. The dictionary describes grace as: Divine love, protection & favor.

Collectively you all are prime examples of grace and in this time of dealing with unknown challenges-- all of you are navigating through the uncertainty as I would imagine the phrase: What would Jesus do, represents...you all are putting into practice by the examples you portray everyday.

With continue prayers, positive thoughts, and belief that all things are possible! Keep up the good fight.I wish you all well & my thoughts are with you always.

In friendship~
