Still Goin Strong!

Robynn continues to do well. She is eating and keeping it down and she is still getting to be a "Mom", which is ALL important to her. She struggles with some stomach cramping but not constantly like before. Her tummy has increased due to Ascites, but we know that come with the territory because of the toll the tumors have taken on the liver. Her biggest challenge is exhaustion. This chemo really takes a lot out of her. Other than that, Brian and her feel blessed to have this time as a family.

Please keep them in Constant prayer as they gear up for Texas!

Pray On!

Hey Robynn

I am just checking in to let you know I am still thinking about you daily. I am glad you are able to eat more and put some meat back on your bones. My prayers are with you on your trip coming up to Texas. Keep resting, enjoy time with your family, visitors, and all the people that love you so much.

I love my car magnet.

Love, Darcy

P.S. What a great thing to share with us others that need our prayers. I remember growing up listening to Mom's phone prayer church chain. The strength of many is so much greater than one.

Hi Robynn

I am just checking in to tell you I am still thinking of you and your family daily. I am so glad you are able to eat more. Get some meat on those bones! Keep resting, enjoying your family, visiting with friends, and embracing all the people that love you so much. I will be thinking of constantly as you travel to Texas.

I love my car magnet and never realized how much I am in to brown until I realized my bracelet goes with my whole wardrobe.

Thank you Shelley for bringing others to us to pray for in the community. Mom was part of a church phone prayer chain when I was growing up that reached so many people. The strength of many is so much greater than one.

xoxo, Darcy

Dear Robynn & family:

Rest, try to eat to regain some strength & stamina, and I would bet you have the natural ability to be an extraordinary Mom doing even the most ordinary things.

Our prayers have been unwavering and in double doses for your impending trip to Texas to see what the doctors have in store.

Positive thoughts for all of you...each & everyday!!!

In friendship~

Hey Robynn :)

Just wanted to shoot you a hello and to let you know we're still here with you!

Emma, Moona, Christina and our broods did lunch at Round Table on Tuesday and met up with Victoria and her "crew" for the day too! It was nice and we ended it at 1:30 with a prayer for Barley (as requested by her as she was just starting her next round) and of course we included you and the Goodell Family - as always!

Hope you have a wonderful long weekend :)

Love, Kim and the Funk Fam :)

Hey Girl,
So happy to read the last couple blogs about your improved appetite with less of the nausea and cramping. I have been hoping like crazy that you would get a break from that nasty stuff and am so glad that you have! I hope that everything goes smoothly on your trip to Texas. Those doctors better stand up and take notice! They have a very special patient coming their way. She's a real fighter that one...
