Sean was in an auto accident on 21 December 2008 while down in California visiting family for the holidays.

He was on his way back to the house when the bad wheather conditions caused him to loose control of the car and collide with another vehicle from the passenger side. The car Sean was driving was totalled. The other drivers are safe and well.

He's was taken to Mercy San Juan in Carmichael, CA with severe head trauma but no injuries from the neck down. Its too early to tell the full extent of the head injury. They sedated him as a routine caution to let his brain heal and to keep him from fighting the tubes.
12/24/08 "Sean spoke this afternoon! He recognized Kerrie and when he was told that he wrecked, he said, "Oh Shit!" He still has a lot of recovering to do, and nothing is certain, but, speaking and recognizing people/concepts were the positive signs that Kerrie and our family were waiting for! I know he will really appreciate all of these thoughts and prayers when he is well enough to check them out! Merry Christmas to everyone!"For daily updates from the hospital:

Shelley,Brian and Lil' ones:

You all were in my thoughts yesterday. I was mentally sending love, comfort and peace throughout the day.

We did something we had never done before, and went to see a movie...we saw "Yes Man"...it so reminded me of how Robynn would push through her discomfort & pain and say,"Yes" to life, her relationships, in addition to her faith.

It seemed symbolic to have this blessed soul as my friend and then see a movie that encourages people to say "Yes" to the things that make life worthwhile.

Lastly, I just want to thank you for continuing to post although I am sure you are busy doing a million and one things...you always make time to share of yourselves...we love you guys for that!!!

Love & friendship~

Thinking of all of you....my thoughts and prayers for you have been foremost on my mind during Christmas.

Thank-you for restoring my faith and allowing all of us the privilege of walking beside Robyn on her journey to heaven.

Robynn continued to "give" even up until her last breath by teaching us all what is important... God, family and friends. We are humbled by this experience.
