It's become my habit to check your blog each night before I go to bed. So naturally you were on my mind last night as I was trying to get to sleep and the funniest thing happened! For some reason, random memories started popping up in my head. I remembered the time in 6th grade when you told me why you hated mayonnaise. You used to love it so much that you once at a giant spoonful, got sick, and never ate it again! Don't ask me how I remembered that...random! I also remember the time when you told us girls that you had shaved your legs for the firt time, so we all went home to shave our legs, too. I told my mom that I needed to shave my legs because ALL the girls were doing it! I remember feeling amazed by the silky smoothness and have you to thank! ;) You're also the one who taught me how to curl my eyelashes in the locker room at Pasteur Junior High! We had lots of fun times in high school while songleading, too. It's been a long time since we've been in touch and I'm sure we've both changed a lot, but I feel like I know the beautiful and remarkable woman you've become through this blog. Just thought I'd share those funny memories with you and I'll be sure to let you know if any more pop up from the hidden depths of my brain (most of the times I can't even remember what I had for breakfast!). Praying for positive results and a speedy return home!
