Beach Bound!

Well Robynn Blogaholics, I've been trying to figure out a way to tell you this without you ending up in rehab:P Not sure if I will be successful, but here goes...

We are headed to the serenity of the sea! Our Girl longs for beautiful crashing waves, sand between her toes, seashell hunting, sand castle building and lots of FFF!!!(Forced Family Fun)
WOO HOO!
The kids and I are heading to Sacramento tomorrow so Cal can spend her 17th birthday with Aunt Robynn and then Thursday morning we are headed to Half Moon Bay til Monday. We found a 5 bedroom house with gorgeous views!
There will be 16 of us
(that's where the FFF comes in ;)
We can't wait to get there!

So here's the glitch...I plan on being so bogged down with FFF (which should include, but not be limited to) walks on the beach, bbqing, board games, rock skimming, roasting marshmallows, Texas hold em, baking, body surfing(Robynn and I will refrain from that one) and exploring tide pools that I won't have time left in the day to let you know just how VERY MUCH FUN we are having!
So that's the deal! You are gonna have to '"man your posts" without direction from me!
You can do it Army Goodell! You have trained hard and know what to do!

Pray On!
S

PS If I get the slightest break from our FFF, I will sneak in a post, but don't count on it!

Go go go! Go to the sea Goodell Clan and enjoy the deep peace that comes from just being by the ocean! Having the whole clan in tow will be the special bonus. We will all hold tight knowing that you, Shelley, are doing something even more important than keeping us informed - you'll be spending precious time with the fam - so don't you worry about us!
I know I can speak for ALL of us out here in Robynn Blogland when I say ENJOY yourselves and have a BALL!
Love, Kim

Go, have fun, and leave your troubles behind. We will be praying for calm seas, bright sunshine and a wonderful, relaxing, long... weekend for you all.

Take care, Michelle Rinehart

That is so wonderful to hear! The beach is the perfect destination! I'm so glad the entire family will enjoy this time together!!
Shelley, I'm already having dt, but knowing you will all be together will get us through! ;)
Robynn, you are a pillar of strength! I am so proud of you and your determination to get through this! You have inspired me in more ways than you know! As you know, I've had trouble with the whole driving thing, it came back when Dustin passed, but today, thoughts of you helped me make my longest solo drive in 2 years! I prayed for God to touch us both... Just a matter of time sweet thing!!! :)
Love you more than you know!
Kristy

Now that's what I'm talking about. Nothing can keep a good woman down. Nothing. I hope and pray that you all go without incident. Each of you certainly deserves to have fun, and celebrate each other. Please, please, have a blast, and know that we are still on the job. Our prayers will not cease until that girl's body rids itself of the tumors and anything that causes her to feel yucky. Don't worry about the troops. We're remaining on the grounds...on our knees, continuing our mission. Enjoy!!

The Beach! What a wonderful place to admire how amazing God is. His creations (human and nature) are amazing. Have a blast....don't be surprised if I am peaking in your window....JUST KIDDING!!! I will go on a mini vacation everytime I think about you all and what you are doing.
You all deserve it and don't worry about us, we will just leave endless blog comments everyday;)

Hugs!

CRUMB NUTTS!!! Now Marty will expect me to clean or cook or something. I will sit in front of my computer screen and wait for the blog to change! I will go without food in protest!! (I mean, I will cut down on my food intake) This is unimaginable!!!

YOU HAVE A FANTABULOUS TIME AT THE BEACH!!!!!! IT IS OH SO VERY DESERVED!!!! FOR ALL OF YOU!! Just know that with every wave that crashes, every sea shell you find, every laugh you share...a prayer is going up for you all!!! We love you guys!
And remember...LIFE'S A BEACH!!!
God Bless!

Howdy Robynn and Team Goodell,

While I admit to being a blogaholic and will miss the updates this weekend, I am so happy to hear about your adventure to the beach. A little sand in the toes and fresh air in the face does wonders for any girl! Enjoy eachother and know that we will all continue to pray for your healing, peace and comfort. Nobody's tougher than you. To use a phrase from my brother, you are "tough as nails"!

Laugh, Sing & Love,
Kellie Stroud :)

I am sending all the prayers I can and I am even sending your pages to friends of mine for their prayer circle. I pray every day for you and I am so proud of your strenght.

Your Aunt Jill loves you very much and she has shared you with those of us at work.

Have a lovely time at the beach. Relax and love.
