Target Start Time-9:30pm

CT Scan is complete, but we will not get the results until tomorrow. She is feeling much better since being hydrated and getting her anti-nausea meds intravenously. Her appetite is slowly returning... she even ate about 1/2 of a Banana Split Blizzard from Dairy Queen and a couple bites of corn dog. It may not sound like much, but this is a HUGE deal with her weight loss being a HUGE concern! If she does not get back on track with eating and keeping it down, they will have to give her liquid nutrition and that is NOT something we want to start.
Please pray our girl desires FOOD! FOOD! FOOD! All the TIME! TIME! TIME! and then keeps it in her tummy!
She is taking a little nap as we wait for Round 3 to start at 9:30!
Have a wonderful night and get plenty of rest soldiers!
Your new orders will come in the morning!

Sweet dreams!
Pray On!

Robynn and Family,

You are constantly in my thoughts. I hope this round goes well and you are quickly back home. I was happy to read you were able to work in the classroom. That is one of my many pleasures of being a mother. I am sure you enjoy it as much as I do. I love talking or just listening, depending on the grade, to the kids. The things they come up with are so funny or so serious.

I just want you to know I am going to help out with the poker tournament. It is such a pleasure to be able to help you and your family in some small way. As many have already said you and your entire family are such an inspiration to everyone. Many of us have a hard time being positive about life in general but to face something so difficult with the humor, love, and positivity you and your family have is beyond inspirational.

Here is a quote I found when I got married. I loved it because, for me, family is the most wonderful gift we have.

OUR FAMILY

Our family is a circle of love and strength.
With every birth and every union, the circle grows.
Every joy shared adds more love.
Every obstacle faced together makes the circle stronger.

I share this because your family personifies this poem perfectly. On this blog I have seen joys and obstacles faced and the entire time family has clearly been together.

Take care,

Wife to Kurt
Mom to Colleen 11, Jarod 6, Hailey and Brooklynn 5 (twins)
(just so you know a little something about me since I know so much about you :-)

Robynn,
I have been away for a little while, but my prayers never leave you. I continue to think of you and pray for you and your family. God is amazing. Never let go of hope. Never lose faith. Always remember that God will never give you a test that He does not think you can pass. He's righteous, and everything about Him is good. Always remember this; and allow it to keep pushing you forward. I know that eating might be a challenge; and although your belly is not allowing you to get full on food, make sure that you remain full on faith, and God will adequately supply the rest.
Love you,
Chocolate Chip
